Reaching out to the
youth with the Love of Christ is our calling. We need your prayers on a daily
basis! Please remember our youth, all youth as your youth. Our priest, staff and
workers are in need of your prayerful encouragement. ![]() Lend a Hand... (two together to pray - one extended to work, one reaching to give...) "How can I help?" is the number one question we get from people who have seen our operations and experienced our ministry. It's magnetizing! It draws you in and you want to be a part of it! The ministry is vibrant and dynamic and as such, require constant support. There are many ways you can help and support the Youth Ministries. If you're ready to give to God a part of yourself, here are a few tangible ways you can help (in order of the most difficult to the least): 1) Pray! Ask for God's guidance in your decision to support the Ministry. Remember, we are all here to give to God what is God's. Pray for the Ministry, that the programs truly touch the lives of individuals in the need of Christ's healing power! Pray! 2) Give your time - donate your services and talents. We can use all types of help. Offer your skills - as long as you're not afraid to work, sweat and get dirty too! Give of your time by coming to the events and activities (if you're in the Glendale area). Participation is the number one way of connecting with our ministry. 3) Donate money and property. Jesus says, "Where your treasure is, there shall your heart be also." Money is always needed to keep our projects going. We currently have the 365/pledge plan in place. Decide on an amount you'd like to give - in multiples of 365 helps keep the youth in your mind every day. Give a dollar a day, $2, $5, $25 a day- you decide, but make it a regular and consistent part of your giving habits. The price of one Starbucks® Double Latte or an In-and-Out Burger & drink, translates to close to $1,400 a year! Give and find the joy of supporting and helping.
